Summertime Flashback #2: Austin Anniversary Trip

For our 5th Wedding Anniversary, Cory and I chose to spend an All-About-Austin weekend with Elle. We went for the 4th of July holiday and enjoyed many of our favorite sites in the city where we met almost 8 years ago. We stayed at the new AT&T Conference Center on the UT Campus-a great new hotel with views of the Capitol and UT Tower. If you love the Longhorns and Texas trivia, you would really enjoy this hotel. The swimming pool tiles even have Longhorns on them. It was burnt orange heaven! Instead of venturing out to the Salt Lick, we had dinner at one of our other favorite restaurants, Roy's, where they made Elle feel very welcome. It was a great trip and special to enjoy it all with our Elle, the best part of our 5 years!
